The Founder of the Chinese Baijiu Association ( Singapore ), Mr. Charles Oon, has invited the following persons to become the EXCO members of the council of CBAS. The President, the Secretary and the Treasurer shall work closely. The office bearers will automatically relinquish their positions twelve months from the inception date of the CBAS and the Founder shall advise the members on the next election date and process.

The EXCO members of the first member council are：

Mr. Charles Oon

President 

• He has been passionately involved in the marketing and promotion of China baijiu in Singapore since 2004.
• He has focused on opening up the Singapore market with a down-to-earth management style, going about with the marketing and distribution efforts in a sure and steady fashion.
• He started with China Moutai red wine, then moved on to China Moutai baijiu, and was slowly entrusted by other mega Chinese baijiu brands to be a distributor.

Mr. Tan Kok Chin

Secretary

• He has over 18 years of experience in the construction field as a Director of Sunray Woodcraft Construction.
• He has a flair for creating and bringing to life concepts in the leisure and entertainment space.
• He is a strong supporter for China baijiu.

Mr. Jeffrey Chan

Treasurer

• He had experiences in the sales channels in Singapore.
• He had distributed many types of branded and unbranded products, at the traditional on-premises as well as in the take-home-trade channels
• He is a strong supporter for China baijiu.

The Founder welcomes members who want to contribute to the growth of the Chinese Baijiu Association in Singapore.
