The First Singapore “Moutai Cup” Black and White Wisdom Go Competition 2018, organized by the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association and the Singapore Weiqi Association, kicked off on August 18 at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Singapore.

This year’s tournament drew a total of 26 Go enthusiasts, who gathered to meet friends before embarking on a “mingling journey” of baijiu and Go.

This tournament is not only a competition to test the level of chess, but it is also a good time to learn and exchange chess skills with one another, which is the tournament’s original purpose – to meet new friends through chess!

In order to carry forward the traditional culture and make the Go culture widely respected and spread in Singapore, the Singapore China Baijiu Association will also shoulder the important responsibility and work with the Singapore Go Association to jointly promote its development.

The 2018 Singapore Moutai Cup Weiqi Tournament was a complete success.
